What To Expect
Submit Service Request
Complete the online form below with your contact info and equipment symptoms. You will immediately receive an email with your Service Request form and shipping instructions.
Ship Your Cleaning Head
Print the Service Request form and include it inside the package. Arrange for shipping via your preferred carrier and send the unit to our office. You may also include a pre-paid return shipping label inside the box for us to use when sending your unit back.
Evaluation & Diagnostics
Our team performs a full teardown. If additional repairs are required beyond the base service, we will contact you with a detailed quote for approval prior to proceeding.
Invoice & Final Payment
Once service is completed and an invoice will be issued. Payment is required via our secure portal before the unit is released for return shipment.
Return Shipment
Your fully restored cleaning head is shipped back to you, bench-tested and ready for immediate operation.
