Steam Where You Need It.
Steam sterilization provides high-temperature heat while reducing the amount of water required compared with traditional hot-water sanitation. The AaquaSteam is designed to supply saturated steam for bottling lines, sanitation work, cleaning, and other applications where controlled steam is needed.
The electric steam generator is compact and requires no venting. High-pressure steam is discharged directly into a steam hose and wand for efficient operation, while steam pressure can be controlled to vary temperature and heat transfer.
Electric operation provides steam without a combustion burner or venting requirement.
Steam pressure can be adjusted for different sanitation and cleaning applications.
The pump maintains water pressure at 60–80 PSI with an automatic on/off solenoid valve controlling water flow.
Includes pressure-release, water-control, pressure-gauge, isolation, and steam blow-off components.
