XB031AAD Cleaning Head
The XB031AAD is a compact, pressure-washer-driven rotating cleaning head used with the AaquaBlaster LT, ToteBlaster LT and DrumBlaster systems for internal cleaning of closed containers, tanks, totes and drums.

High-pressure water drives the XB031AAD’s internal mechanism and rotating nozzle holder, distributing multiple high-pressure streams across interior surfaces. The head is designed specifically for washing closed containers and does not require an external motor for rotation.
The head is calibrated for the pressure and flow specifications requested when ordered. If operating parameters change, the diffuser and nozzle configuration may need to be changed to maintain proper performance.
A fixed internal gear system provides a 24 RPM rotation speed for repeatable cleaning coverage.
A full cleaning cycle is 25 rotations and takes approximately 1.1 minutes.
Stainless steel construction supports demanding industrial container-cleaning environments.
Diffuser and nozzle selections can be matched to system pressure and flow requirements.
When to Choose the XB031AAD
The XB031AAD is a strong choice when you need a compact rotating cleaning head for closed containers and are working with a lower-flow pressure washer than larger industrial heads such as the SW060 require.
It is especially well suited to AaquaTools’ AaquaBlaster LT, ToteBlaster LT and DrumBlaster systems, where the compact head, controlled rotation and configurable nozzle setup provide repeatable interior cleaning.
