Product overview

Drum cleaning simplified.

The DrumBlaster is designed for one of the more difficult container-cleaning jobs: washing the inside of closed-head drums through small openings. Instead of relying on manual rinsing or wand cleaning, the drum is positioned on the stainless steel platform over the low-profile cleaning head.

High-impact stream jets rotate around the turret to provide orbital coverage of the drum interior. Cleaning cycles are typically approximately 1–5 minutes depending on detergent, flow rate, water temperature, and the material being removed.

Small-Opening Access

Designed specifically for closed-head drums with insertion openings under 2 inches.

High-Impact Jets

Low-flow, high-pressure stream jets rotate to clean interior drum surfaces.

Stable Loading Platform

The large stainless steel platform makes positioning and removing drums easier.

System Protection

Includes filtration and valve components to support the high-pressure cleaning system.
