Return & Refund Policy

At AaquaTools, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization from AaquaTools.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition
  • Item must be in original packaging with all parts and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Special-order or custom products
  • Electrical components once opened
  • Clearance or discontinued items
  • Gift cards or downloadable products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending any item back. Returns received without authorization may be refused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Please retain all packaging and provide photos if requested.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective items or items shipped in error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to AaquaTools’ error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. AaquaTools is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
