Our Double Wine Barrel Washer is fitted with two high pressure AaquaBlaster LT cleaning heads which supply jets of cold or hot water to cover all points inside two barrels simultaneously, performing optimum cleaning.

With easy introduction of the barrels on a standard 2 barrel pallet, this equipment is designed for
wineries that do not want to move the barrels off their supports, saving time and effort.

Combined cycle multiple functions:

Washing with cold water and hot water.
Washing of high and low pressure.
Steaming of the barrels.
Collection and channeling of tartrates and lees.

How it works:

The device’s rotating turrets are ideal for applications where the insertion opening is smaller than two inches. For instance, wine barrels and closed head 55 gallon drums. Cleaning efficiency of the AaquaBlaster LT is achieved thanks to four stream jets that work at a low flow rate, but high pressure. Thus providing a high impact wash. The stream nozzles also rotate around a turret mechanism to provide complete orbital cleaning coverage to all interior surfaces.

Includes barrels counter and electrical control with cutting-edge programmable automatic or semi-automatic unit responsible for managing all machine maneuvers.
Optional addition of touch screen, shower system, steam injection, etc.
All sensitive parts of the machine (motor, reduction gears, etc.) are protected from the water.
Its design guarantees a long useful life, with the whole device being built from stainless steel: simple to maintain and easy to clean.

The AUTOMATIC model works with only a single operator.
