Why an Inline High-Pressure Filter Matters

A small amount of debris entering your rotating cleaning head can create a much bigger problem. An inline high-pressure filter adds an important layer of protection between your pressure washer and your cleaning equipment.

Your pressure washer may be delivering clean-looking water, but that doesn’t mean small particles aren’t traveling through the system. Rust, scale, and other debris can reach the internal components of your cleaning head if they aren’t filtered out first.

Rotating cleaning heads rely on internal passages and moving components to operate correctly. When debris makes its way into the head, it can interfere with the internal mechanism and interrupt normal operation.

This is especially important when using a hot-water pressure washer with a traditional heating coil. Rust, scale, and other debris can break loose from the heating system and travel downstream toward the cleaning head.
